How many 71 year olds do you know who are still working full time and loving it??

The older I get, the more I appreciate the benefits of superior health. Especially when I see friends my age who are in pain, depressed, and spending their time in doctors’ offices and taking drugs. My husband Sid (age 75) and I are both medication-free, feeling great and getting ready for our 8th Rock and Roll half marathon this Labor Day.

It is wonderful to wake up each morning and spring out of bed ready to attack the day and loving what I do. For 38 years I have been in the health and wellness business making a six-figure income and at the same time helping others to achieve financial independence and superior health.

My mission is to spread the word about how to achieve superior health at any age. It doesn’t have to be complicated or unaffordable or unrealistic or totally time consuming. My graduate courses in Clinical Nutrition taught me what the body needs in the way of nutrients to function at peak efficiency. It’s not a secret or some old wives tale. It’s proven science.

When was the last time your doctor talked to you about preventing heart disease and cancer? Not about early detection, but prevention. Unfortunately, it’s not something that is part of the medical school curriculum.

With all this controversy about health care, it’s so good to know I am not at the mercy of the current system.

Stay tuned for more,
